These terms are a working draft and have not been reviewed by counsel.
You must be at least 13 to use NectarLocal. Some experiences are restricted to adults or to verified 21+ members.
You're responsible for your own safety when meeting people and attending activities. Activities are organized by members or third parties, not by NectarLocal.
Event listings from third parties (e.g., Ticketmaster) link to their original source; purchases happen with that provider.
Paid plans, when available, renew automatically until cancelled. Downgrading never deletes your content.
